Tim Frisch is a veteran marketing & sales person with over 25 years of successful business building experience. Having both real life sales & marketing experience enabled him to start a successful Internet marketing consulting business in 1998. The basis for building this business has been mainly through relationship or referral building/marketing through the Internet and face to face, that’s how the Get The Sale was formed.

The Internet Marketing Group idea came about in 1995 when a fairly new capability came about (the Internet). Tim had started to help companies build business using this new sales vehicles, mainly by adding value to professional web design firms to work with. He started building this business a lot different from other sales & marketing methods, like cold calling. So a whole new mentality of building business had been formed at least for him. Referral marketing / relationship building was used to generate the bulk of the business. To jump ahead, he started thinking this type selling is a much more efficient to say the least. No more time spent cold calling, just relationship building, helping build the whole business – totally referral based. So the concept of “Get The Sale” was born.

Referral Marketing is a real and practical way to market and build your business, a way to enable you to do a better job for your clients and to never make cold calls ever again. Tim has been developing this for many years. It really wasn’t started to be more fully developed and structured until the Internet Marketing Group was started.

So after 10 years of building business based mainly on referrals, he thought it would be a great next step to share it, helping other companies build business this way, after all that’s what he’s been doing anyway for many years (online and offline). This system can work with any sales person, sales team, or any other person with your company, because in some form everyone is in a sales (or relationship building) capacity. If you partner with, sell to, converse with, repair something, you are in the relationship business and can be more of an asset to your company by building your own referral sales team.
